Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or operational risk management within financial services.
• Hands-on with ERM design, governance and control frameworks.
• Ability to produce concise governance papers and dashboards for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tailoring and implementation of an ERM framework.
• Design and embed risk governance structures, roles and escalation routes.
• Develop risk taxonomy, risk library and assessment tools (RCSA, KRIs).
• Coordinate risk appetite statements, tolerances and risk reporting for senior management.
