Job summary

AXA UK plc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Implementation Lead to translate our ERM framework into an entity-specific model. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on establishing a robust risk management foundation to support transformation.

You will lead the design, implementation and embedding of risk governance, processes and controls, aligning with the business risk profile.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or operational risk management in financial services.
• Proven track record designing or enhancing ERM frameworks and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to influence governance committees and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and embed risk governance structures, roles and escalation routes in line with best practice.
• Develop and maintain risk taxonomy, risk library and assessment tools (RCSA, KRIs, risk appetite).
• Lead the design and implementation of controls, incident management and remediation processes.
• Produce risk reports for senior management to support informed decision-making.
