Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of a major EPR programme in London. The role demands independent technical leadership across integration, infrastructure, security, data and testing to deliver an assured architecture.

You will challenge suppliers, identify risks early and translate clinical and technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering or assuring large-scale EPR/clinical system programmes.
• Proven ability to lead and govern technical architecture across integration, infrastructure, security and data.
• Experience within NHS or comparable complex healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 and FHIR interoperability.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the end-to-end technical architecture for the EPR programme.
• Define target architecture across applications, integration, infrastructure, security, data and environments.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, patterns, assumptions and constraints.
• Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, resilient and future-proof.
• Maintain architecture decisions and governance.
