Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee environmental performance across two connected sites in Scotland and East Anglia, with monthly travel between Fife and Kings Lynn. This role reports to the Project Lead and BU Environmental Lead, supporting strategy implementation and continuous improvement in environmental standards.

The position offers flexible/hybrid working with 3-4 days on site, and requires strong leadership, regulatory experience, and collaboration with

Qualifications

Proven track record in environmental compliance, ideally on construction/infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with digital systems and ISO 14001 lead auditor qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide environmental input from planning to completion and address non-compliance.
Support implementation of environmental strategies and site-specific plans.
Drive environmental agenda with senior teams and assist clients on statutory requirements.
