You will support monthly management accounts, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT, and reporting while working closely with experienced accountants. Hybrid working options available after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly management accounts and bookkeeping
• Understanding VAT and financial reporting processes a plus
• Ability to produce financial reports and assist with audits
• Professional communication and numeracy skills required

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial record keeping
• Reconcile bank accounts and company ledgers
• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses
• Prepare payment schedules for approval
• Assist with VAT and financial reporting processes
• Investigate account discrepancies and resolve queries
• Produce financial reports using Excel
• Support internal audits and compliance procedures
• Collaborate with finance managers on improvement projects
