Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the enterprise risk management framework including risk registers, controls, and reports.
• Assist in designing, developing, and embedding risk policies, procedures, and assurance frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and quantify operational and enterprise risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Provide clear risk advice with guidance from the Enterprise Risk Manager.
• Produce accurate risk reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and audit committees.
• Support assurance frameworks and contribute to internal/external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to promote a strong risk culture and embed risk in decision-making.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, assurance providers, system suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Communicate technical risk matters clearly for varied audiences.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory expectations, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development in accounting, finance, investments, and pensions.
