Working in a hybrid setup, you will focus on budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and ensuring profitability while complying with governance and statutory requirements. Collaboration with technical, legal, and supply chain teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Solid budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and margin analysis.
• Understanding of contract management principles, compliance, and negotiations.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate project financial data and identify risks.
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., SAP) and project tools.
• Accuracy in forecasting, contract administration, and compliance tracking.
• Excellent communication to present complex financial data to stakeholders.
• Organisational and problem-solving abilities for risk management.
• Ability to collaborate with Technical, Legal and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up, track, and manage all project financial plans within approved budgets.
• Forecast project cash flows, revenue, and margins; monitor spend and variances.
• Prepare financial performance reports, balance sheets and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts from award to closeout, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Review change orders and participate in client/subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage billing schedules and cash collection to optimise working capital.
• Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational project risks.
• Coordinate with Technical, Legal and Supply Chain teams to align goals.
