Job summary

Capgemini UK is seeking an Application Packager within the End User Services team to deliver packaged software in a controlled, auditable manner. You will QA, document, and streamline packaging processes, while building strong client and vendor relationships to improve end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong primary skills in packaging for multiple platforms.
• Expertise in a variety of packaging tools.
• Good knowledge of different packaging formats.
• Experience troubleshooting issues with packaged software.
• Understanding of SCCM current branch (optional – benefit).

Responsibilities

• Provide an organized and controlled method of providing software to the client.
• Quality assurance testing; document each application and its expected behavior.
• Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties and vendors.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities; problem solving and UAT support.
