Job summary

Grant Thornton UK LLP in Reading and London is seeking an experienced AM/Manager to join the Employment Tax team. You will advise on PAYE and NIC, help clients optimize pay and benefits, and lead tax reviews with due diligence and healthchecks.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualification, preferably in tax.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Employment Tax.

Responsibilities

• Advise diverse client base on employment tax issues including PAYE/NIC and employment status.
• Help employers improve cost savings through pay and benefits structures.
• Manage Employment Tax compliance and year-end reporting risks.
• Assist with Employment Tax reviews including due diligence and healthchecks.
• Contribute to the Employment Tax and Employer Solutions group on client projects.
• Build the reputation of the Employment Tax team and Grant Thornton as a whole.
