Qualifications

• Must have experience handling own caseload across a broad range of employment matters.
• Ability to advise both claimants and respondents with pragmatic, commercially minded advice.
• Strong client communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise claimants and respondents on discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal, settlement agreements.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims and hearings.
• Counsel on redundancies, restructurings, contracts and policies.
• Provide both contentious and non-contentious employment advice.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage own caseload.
