Qualifications

• Experience in employment law with strong drafting ability.
• Ability to manage own caseload and advise clients.
• Commercial awareness and business development interest.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including disputes and Tribunal proceedings.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements and disputes.
• Draft employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Assist with TUPE transfers and business restructures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and support the wider team.
