Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor in Farnborough with 1+ PQE to join a top-tier regional firm. You’ll handle a broad employment caseload, from contracts and policies to Tribunal advocacy, while developing client relationships and supervising junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Employment solicitor with 1+ PQE in a recognised department.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships.
• Strong client care skills and commercial awareness.
• Willing to lead on matters while learning from senior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts, policies, agreements and procedures.
• Advise on employment issues in M&A, TUPE and corporate transactions.
• Manage employment disputes for employers and employees.
• Prepare and represent at Tribunal hearings.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
• Supervise junior team members as you progress.
