Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking an Employee Experience & Inclusion Advisor to shape how colleagues experience work across the organisation. You will use employee insight to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into practical solutions that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing and engagement.

Based in Stratford (2 Redman Place) with high-flex, office-based 1–2 days per week, this 35-hour role is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Closing date 26 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee experience, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Track record creating guidance and toolkits.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver employee listening activities.
• Analyse employee feedback and engagement data.
• Support design and implementation of employee experience improvements.
• Create resources and tools for managers.
• Partner with HRBPs, Internal Communications and Employee Networks.
• Manage allocated projects and workstreams.
