Job summary

MBDA is offering a 2-year EMC/RE early careers programme in Bristol. You will split time between hands-on testing in our EMC facility and a project consultancy team embedded across MBDA projects.

The role provides exposure to missiles and weapon systems, a competitive salary (£31,900 base with a £3,000 joining bonus), hybrid working (2–3 days on site), and a clear path to progression with annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in EMC / Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics or a related field to a minimum of 2:2.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on testing in MBDA's EMC facility and embedded project consultancy work.
• Gain experience across missiles, subsystems and equipment in accredited facilities.
