In today’s highly competitive luxury market, you can no longer rely upon a name – they must build and create strategies that engage and motivate customers.
It involves everything from advertisements in magazines, the education and expert-level knowledge the teams in retail environments exude, to the experience from the moment you step into the store.
We are supporting a brand in finding an EA for their newly appointed Head of Retail and Customer.
As with all luxury brands, there are two sides – the creative and the business. While the creative side often receives praise, for an Executive Assistant, the business side offers a rewarding path—driven by significant investment, teams deploying innovative ideas, building solutions, and focusing on perhaps the most important aspect of luxury – the customer.
This role will be a central support across Education and Operations, providing essential assistance to the Head, who will travel extensively.
