Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks a Project Engineer Digital Solutions to help integrate digital engineering across complex projects, enabling better decisions and information sharing throughout delivery.

You will advise teams on how changing technologies can streamline processes and contribute to the Information Management Plan. You'll lead BIM delivery, support post-design phases, and work with supply chain partners to implement practical digital approaches, promoting

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BIM and information management in Rail/Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project stakeholders to identify, review, challenge and define Digital Engineering and Information Management requirements.
• Produce and maintain BIM and Information Management deliverables (BIM Execution Plan, Responsibility Matrix, Master Information Delivery Plan).
• Establish and manage project processes for delivery and use of graphical and non-graphical design information.
• Support integration of BIM and digital processes into post-design, construction, testing, interface and handover phases.
• Collaborate with discipline leads and supply chain partners to implement practical digital delivery approaches.
• Upskill project teams and partners in the use of the Common Data Environment and digital tools.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to post-design teams and digital champions.
• Lead quality assurance, audits, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes.
• Promote graphical deliverables, clash detection, 4D sequencing to improve planning and coordination.
• Champion digitisation across the project and development of high-performing digital teams.
