Sky is seeking a midweight Digital Producer to lead the delivery of digital campaigns across display, social and OLV. You’ll own projects end-to-end, coordinate teams and manage timelines and approvals, while mentoring Assistant Producers.

Based at Osterley with hybrid working, you’ll partner with Senior Producers and Resource Managers to ensure efficient workflows and on-budget delivery. You’ll apply best practices and help elevate the department’s output.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital campaigns (Display, Social, OLV).
• Strong end-to-end production lifecycle knowledge.
• Ability to mentor junior producers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of digital campaigns and wider departmental initiatives.
• Own projects from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders and approvals.
• Provide digital production expertise to Campaign teams and resolve production challenges.
• Maintain accurate team trackers for resource, status and budget.
• Support and mentor Assistant Producers and foster their development.
• Ensure work follows Sky Creative governance and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers to secure budget and staffing.
