Job summary

Newell Brands in London (Hammersmith) is seeking a Digital Advertising Associate to drive advertising finance processes, support campaign execution, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize Amazon advertising performance.

You will join the EMEA eCommerce Centre of Excellence, contributing to budget tracking, reporting, and testing new media formats, while building strong partnerships with marketing, content, analytics, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital media/shopper marketing in eCommerce.
• Experience with analytics tools for digital media performance (e.g., CIQ).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with excellent communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital advertising finance processes including PO creation in SAP Ariba.
• Assist with campaign wrap-up reports, QBRs, and internal updates.
• Maintain budget trackers, calendars, and weekly scorecards.
• Support conception, planning, and execution of digital media activations on Amazon.
• Develop and refine full-funnel marketing to grow on Amazon.
• Collaborate with media agency to hit ad spend and ROI targets.
• Use analytics tools to build reports and inform optimization.
• Identify and test new media formats and beta opportunities with Amazon Ads.
• Build relationships with eCommerce Marketing, Content, Amazon Ads, Analytics, and Finance teams.
• Stay updated on Amazon media best practices and industry trends.
