Dexory, based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, is seeking a DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer to define, build and operate the infrastructure and tooling for our data-driven warehousing solutions. Hybrid role with about one on-site day per week; you will enable high-velocity deployment of user-facing apps and internal services at scale while ensuring stability and automation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, infrastructure or platform engineering roles in a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Strong scripting in Python/Go/Bash and tooling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to support multiple engineering teams.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across providers using Kubernetes for user-facing apps and internal services.
• Build infrastructure-as-code with Terraform on Terraform Cloud, standardising environments and automation.
• Support monitoring, logging, observability and alerting via Grafana for production health and incident detection.
• Drive DevOps best-practices across teams: reliability, deployment velocity, testing, rollback, security hardening.
• Participate in incident response and post-mortems to drive improvements.
