Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Development Co-Ordinator to support store refurbishment and new store projects. You will coordinate activities, manage information and ensure requests are handled efficiently across multiple projects.

You will work closely with the Development Programme Lead and stakeholders, maintaining records and helping keep projects on track while delivering high-quality administrative support in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive coordinator with excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable building relationships with stores, suppliers and internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across refurbishment and new store projects to support successful delivery.
• Raise, manage and reconcile purchase orders and invoices through SAP.
• Maintain accurate project records, databases and development activity reports.
• Support budget tracking and CAPEX administration across multiple projects.
• Create and maintain supplier, asset and equipment records.
• Prepare and update project documentation, order packs and project trackers.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries to align with project timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for stores, suppliers and internal stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently.
• Support project meetings, capture actions and distribute communications.
• Issue updates on upcoming store openings, refurbishments and development activity.
• Monitor project milestones and highlight risks or delays to the wider team.
