Job summary

The Youth Sport Trust is seeking a Design Officer to join the Marketing and Communications team for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension. Hybrid work: 3 days in Loughborough Office and 2 days from home.

You will translate briefs into engaging print and digital design assets, applying brand guidelines across resources, reports, social assets and emails while ensuring accessibility and strong visual impact.

Qualifications

• Experience producing print and digital materials.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• Experience applying accessible design principles.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into engaging designs from concept to final artwork.
• Create high-quality print and digital materials across channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across the EEP and partner materials.
• Manage image libraries and assist with asset selection/processing.
