Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an EMEA Demand Planner to own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets and customers. You will develop forecasts using data sources and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align with commercial plans.

The role requires strong forecasting and analytical skills, with experience in SAP planning systems and cross-functional collaboration across regions. Hybrid working is offered with a mix of onsite and remote days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience within a Demand Planning function.
• Experience contributing to S&OP processes.
• Experience using SAP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, or similar planning systems.
• Strong forecasting, data analysis and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand planning for assigned markets and customers.
• Develop statistical and collaborative forecasts using multiple data sources.
• Facilitate demand reviews with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Align forecasts with commercial plans and supply constraints.
• Monitor demand signals, forecast accuracy and bias; identify risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to S&OP process and budgeting.
