Job summary

eFinancialCareers is seeking a Delivery Lead to support technology transformation projects for UK health and public sector clients. Location options include Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or London; the role offers hybrid working.

You’ll collaborate with product owners, project managers, business analysts and developers to turn business requirements into practical solutions, drawing on experience across technology delivery, project management, design, development or QA, and coordinating teams to

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience in project or programme management, design, development or QA.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support delivery across the technology lifecycle, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable design documentation.
Communicate delivery progress and technical solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Lead or support colleagues, including junior team members.
Analyse data to inform system design and delivery decisions.
Use GenAI and agentic AI tools to support project and programme delivery.
Build collaborative relationships with clients and adapt to new technologies and delivery environments.
