Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Debt Recovery Specialist for a hybrid role based in Southampton, Hampshire. You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, resolve balances, and set up structured payment schedules in a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes effective communication, meticulous documentation, and strategic problem solving, with training and ongoing funding for professional development and a discretionary bonus scheme.

Competenze

• Experience in credit control, client accounts or debt collection is desirable.
• Articulate, confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard Office software.

Mansioni

• Account Management: take ownership of a portfolio of active customer accounts and contact to manage balances.
• Query Resolution: identify and resolve account discrepancies, disputes, and set up payment schedules.
• Administration: document all interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Client Updates: provide progress updates to corporate stakeholders on active accounts.
• Meet quality standards and contribute to team targets.
