Qualifications

Commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Deep knowledge of BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Analytics Hub and BigLake.
Experience with AI technologies and AI agents.
Proficiency in enterprise data catalogue solutions.
Strong SQL and relational set-based processing.
Hands-on with modern Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures.
Dimensional modelling for enterprise data warehouses.
Decisive problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise GCP components including BigQuery, Composer, Analytics Hub and BigLake.
Develop and maintain scalable transform processes feeding the central data warehouse.
Define and implement robust engineering processes and architectural standards across GCP products.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for warehouse assets and pipelines.
Drive adherence to development standards and best practices throughout the lifecycle.
