Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Project Delivery Lead – Data Transformation to drive delivery of data transformation work across the organisation. You will lead data design, integration, migration and quality initiatives while aligning with the Transformation roadmap and Data Strategy, and you will engage with stakeholders including data, technology and business teams.

You will apply data governance frameworks, manage budgets and risks, and ensure outcomes are embedded into business as usual.

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale or complex Data Integration, Transformation or Separation programmes.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, including SAFe, and performance metrics.
Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills for coordinating interrelated teams.

Responsibilities

Lead complex data transformation delivery aligned to strategy and roadmaps.
Manage stakeholders across data, transformation, technology and senior business units.
Apply data governance, data quality, integration and migration best practices.
Plan and manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks and governance.
Ensure data design is embedded from inception to warranty and manage dependencies.
Monitor performance, review progress and transition outcomes into BAU.
