Zempler Bank is seeking a Data Scientist to help shape how data is used to protect customers, widen access to credit and create thoughtful experiences. You will work on meaningful problems across the business, collaborating with teams to implement models and extract value from data.

You will develop and deploy algorithms in Python, monitor performance, and explore new data sources to improve financial outcomes. Hybrid work is offered with some office days.

Formación

• Strong understanding of the mathematical and statistical concepts underpinning data science.
• Good understanding of SQL.
• Natural curiosity to develop new data signals and understand why things happen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with interpretability tools and deploying models to production.

Responsabilidades

• Developing algorithms in Python using linear and non-linear techniques.
• Monitor and retrain models as needed to maintain performance.
• Explore new data sources to extract value for Zempler Bank.
• Deploy models into production using Airflow, PyFlink, BentoML, Git, Jenkins, Octopus.
• Communicate results to non-technical audiences and coordinate with stakeholders.
