Lithia UK is hiring a Data Engineer in Nottingham with hybrid work from our Annesley head office. You will design and maintain data pipelines, optimise databases, and implement ETL processes to deliver clean, reliable data for reporting and analytics.

You will report to the Lead Data Engineer, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to data excellence across Lithia UK. Benefits include a pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform data from various sources.
• Design, optimise and manage databases for data retrieval and storage with performance in mind.
• Craft ETL processes transforming raw data into usable formats, including data cleaning and enrichment.
• Build and maintain data warehouses for structured data storage and easy reporting.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
