Job summary

Vantage is seeking a motivated Assistant Estimator to support the Development Delivery Cost and Commercial team. This entry-level role focuses on developing foundational knowledge of construction cost planning, cost benchmarking, and analysis for large-scale data centre projects.

You will work under the guidance of experienced estimators, contributing to cost plans and documentation, with exposure to the project lifecycle and cross-department collaboration.

• Prepare defined elements of estimates, cost plans, budgets and benchmarking exercises under guidance.
• Review project drawings and specs to extract relevant cost info for estimates.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, and other departments to gather data for estimates.
• Maintain estimating records, cost plans and benchmarking data.
