AND Digital is seeking a high-calibre data-focused Business Analyst/Consultant to sit at the intersection of business, data and technology. You will translate stakeholder problems into clear data product requirements, work with data and engineering teams, and drive adoption of solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills, ideally in data, analytics or digital environments.
• Ability to uncover the real business problem rather than simply capture stated requirements.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams, turning ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
• Good understanding of data, analytics and data products – to work effectively with data engineers and analysts.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including confidence working directly with client stakeholders.
• Experience supporting products through the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement.
• A strong focus on business outcomes, adoption and value, not just delivering a technical solution.
• Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership and challenging thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the conduit between business stakeholders and technical/data teams to translate problems into actionable requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand problems, clarify needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet the intended outcomes.
• Drive adoption of data products and gather feedback to ensure ongoing value and improvement.
• Support clients through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement across projects.
