AND Digital is seeking a data-focused Business Analyst/Consultant to sit at the intersection of business, data and technology. You will translate business problems into data products and act as a bridge between stakeholders and data engineering teams.

You’ll stay close to delivery, answer questions, resolve ambiguity and ensure what is built aligns with business value. You will land data products, drive adoption and work with users to maximise impact.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
• Experience working with data engineers, analysts and architects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting products through discovery to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Act as conduit between business stakeholders and technical/data teams.
• Clarify requirements and translate into actionable outcomes for engineers.
• Stay close to delivery and resolve ambiguity with delivery teams.
• Land and embed data products, driving adoption and value realization.
