Job summary

Norton Blake Limited in South West London is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a growing team. The role covers financial, operational, technology and stock data, delivering reliable analysis to help teams make better decisions.

You'll work across the full data stack—from requirements gathering and data modeling to building dashboards and presenting findings to senior stakeholders, with a hybrid working model 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing complex SQL with CTEs and window functions.
• Experience with Dataform or similar data transformation tools (dbt, Snowflake).
• Strong experience building dashboards in Looker or similar BI tool.
• Experience using Git with branching and PRs.
• Ability to translate business questions into well-scoped analyses.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL models in Dataform for reliable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on data pipelines design and testing.
• Build cloud-based reports and dashboards in Looker or similar BI.
• Translate business questions into defined analyses.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Peer review colleagues' work and contribute to data quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data workflows.
