Job summary

Noble Foods Ltd is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer for a hybrid role in the UK. The role focuses on securing Azure, VMware, and network infrastructure while collaborating with SOC teams. You’ll be hands-on in threat detection, response, and resilience across the estate.

Ideal candidates will bring hybrid security experience, Azure fundamentals, and strong communication skills to drive secure configurations and incident response. Flexibility to adapt to business needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Hybrid security experience in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of Azure security fundamentals.
• Networking knowledge including firewalls, VLANs and VPNs.
• Incident response experience and SOC collaboration.
• Structured, calm problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure and govern Azure environment (identity, policy, logging, controls).
• Hardening and protecting VMware infrastructure.
• Strengthen network security across Cisco Meraki.
• Work with Sophos MDR to detect, respond, and contain threats.
• Drive vulnerability management and secure configuration.
• Support DR testing and business continuity readiness.
