Job summary

Halfords is seeking a CX insights Manager in Redditch to drive analytics and customer insights that shape the experience across the business.

You will collect, analyse, and interpret customer data, creating actionable intelligence that informs decision-making at all levels. The role emphasises stakeholders, data storytelling, and delivering measurable improvements in customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer insights that influence decisions.
• Strong storytelling and communication of complex data.
• Proficiency in web analytics and data modelling.
• Experience with CRM and survey tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of customer insights using analytics and VOC data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track insights and progress.
• Collaborate across marketing, operations, product and support teams.
• Partner with the Customer Insight team to combine quantitative and qualitative data.
• Leverage NPS, CSAT and reviews to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate findings to all levels and benchmark CX performance.
