Job summary

Raylo in Belfast is seeking an Operations Associate in the Customer Success team to help resolve queries, deliver a high-quality experience, and support scale as our fast-growing tech company expands its subscription model.

The role blends customer care with data-driven process improvement; you’ll work on cross-functional projects, use AI-powered tools, and collaborate with stakeholders while based on-site 4 days a week and one day from home (post probation) at 22 Adelaide Street.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a STEM subject.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Being data-driven and proactive in decision-making.
• Curiosity and willingness to improve the customer journey.
• Working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by responding to queries across channels and providing timely, empathetic communication.
• Learn and apply Raylo’s processes and tools to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Work with teammates to handle diverse customer scenarios and build confidence in handling complex cases.
• Use data and insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve experience and operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by updating processes, tools, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance how functions support customers and the business.
