Job summary

The Camping and Caravanning Club is seeking a Production Planner on a fixed term contract (12 months) to cover maternity leave within the Marketing department. You will manage complex projects end-to-end, coordinating with external agencies and internal teams to meet budgets, briefs and SLAs.

You will develop project plans, monitor risks, and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• GCSE/Level 2 English or equivalent qualification.
• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or project management or related field.
• Experience as a creative project manager or production manager in an agency or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Creative to ensure values and objectives are met when producing projects.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines and budgets for successful delivery.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure work meets briefs, timelines and SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues and contingency plans; provide regular status updates.
