Job summary

Card Factory is seeking a creative Designer / Creative Artworker to develop greeting card ranges and related 3D products. You will work across the studio, taking briefs from managers and collaborating with multiple creative teams to translate concepts into cohesive, production-ready designs.

You'll refine concepts, ensure consistency in typography, colour and finish, and support freelance creatives when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design, layout, typography, colour and finishing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Experience greeting card design would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of print limitations and packaging templates would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop greeting card ranges and 3D product collections.
• Take briefs from managers and collaborate with creative teams.
• Prepare artwork for production and ensure production-ready outputs.
• Coordinate and brief freelance creatives when required.
• Create social content to showcase work and culture.
