Job summary

The Collective, the design and production agency within BCD Meetings & Events, is seeking a Creative Artworker to transform concepts into print and digital visuals. Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will adapt artwork for brochures, posters and social media while maintaining brand consistency.

You'll collaborate with designers, manage artwork files, and proofread before release. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of typography, layout and

Qualifications

• Design qualification with 2–4 years of experience in a Creative Artworker role.
• Experience with motion graphics or After Effects is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with pre-press and print production processes.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt artwork for print and digital formats.
