Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate tax with solid technical knowledge.
• Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ATT or CTA qualification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Business acquisitions and sales, SPA's, tax covenants.
• Mergers, demergers and reorganisations.
• Share buy backs/purchase of own shares and multiple completion contracts.
• Share for share exchanges.
• Tax advantaged share schemes eg EMI share options.
• Venture capital schemes eg EIS/SEIS.
• R&D and Creative Industries tax relief claims (including video games tax reliefs).
• Capital allowances.
• Intangible assets.
• Tax efficient profit extraction.
