Job summary

Qualifications

• Agency experience in corporate communications or corporate affairs (typically 3–4+ years).
• Proven track record in account handling, managing day-to-day client requests and campaigns.
• Media relations experience with high-tier coverage and reputation management.
• Strong writing and editing skills for engaging content.
• Emerging leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members (AEs/SAEs).
• Strong presentation and communication skills in client-facing environments.
• Financial literacy including budget monitoring and project trackers.
• Analytical mindset with experience using media analytics and reporting to prove ROI.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to strategic campaign planning and build strong media contacts across earned, owned, and digital channels.
• Draft and refine high-quality content (press releases, op-eds, briefing notes, social content).
• Drive day-to-day account workflows across multiple projects with deadlines and client expectations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with senior team members to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Partner with data/insight specialists and strategists to incorporate data-driven insights into campaigns.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches.
• Track budgets, vendor invoices, and project timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
