Job summary
Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a role based in Nuneaton with hybrid working and onsite parking. The package includes a salary up to £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and PQE.
The successful candidate will manage commercial property transactions and provide advice to landlords, tenants, and businesses, while also handling residential conveyancing with the support of a senior team.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified solicitor with around 4 years PQE.
- Experience in managing commercial property and residential conveyancing caseloads.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own commercial property transactions from start to finish.
- Advise local businesses, landlords, agents and tenants on commercial property matters.
- Advise on commercial leases and tenancy agreements.
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload with support from an experienced team.
