Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide a personal, responsive service and keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions if possible.
• Communicate clearly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties.
• Maintain high standards of technical work, file management and compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
