Job summary

Harvey Nash Group seeks an experienced Integration Architect for a 6-month hybrid contract in Glasgow. The role requires designing and assuring API-led, event-driven integrations across the AWS/Boomi stack, with Inside IR35 and ASAP start. Day rate £679.

You will define standards, patterns and governance, collaborating with delivery, security and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure connectivity across the technology estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Integration Architect in large, complex organisations.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise integration solutions using Boomi and API-related tools.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and security controls.
• Demonstrable governance experience via Architecture Review Boards or similar.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and assurance of system-to-system integrations with reusable, secure connectivity.
• Define and maintain integration architecture standards, patterns and reference models.
• Design integrations deployed on AWS and Boomi with robust API management and event-driven capabilities.
• Govern API connectivity models and lifecycle management.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: security, performance, resilience, cost efficiency.
• Provide architectural guidance during build and resolve complex issues.
