Gordon Yates Recruitment Consultancy seeks a Conference, Event and Partnerships Manager on a 2-month temp basis in London. Hybrid work with 40% on-site at London Bridge and the rest remote. The role focuses on managing face-to-face and online conferences and events within the College education and simulation functions.

You will develop events, manage partnerships, coordinate logistics, and deliver marketing plans to maximize attendance and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Successful experience in a comparable events environment.
• Experience of running online and hybrid events and webinars.
• Experience of event budget management and delivering set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven event logistics and administration skills.
• Event marketing and promotional skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and innovate specific events, materials and processes.
• Oversee commercial and non-commercial partnerships related to events.
• Coordinate and project manage online or face-to-face events in the education programme.
• Design and produce event programmes with clinical leads and senior clinicians.
• Source venues within budget and coordinate catering, spaces and AV.
• Represent the College on site at meetings, events and conferences.
