Job summary

Kidney Research UK is seeking a friendly, organised Community Relationships Assistant to build relationships with supporters and communities across the UK. You will respond to enquiries warmly, help supporters maximise fundraising participation, and maintain accurate supporter records while coordinating meetings.

The role is based in Peterborough with hybrid working flexibility, full-time 37.5 hours per week, and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to accuracy when working with data and administrative processes.
• Experience in fundraising, supporter care, community engagement or a similar customer-facing environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for supporters, responding to enquiries with warmth and care.
• Help supporters get the most from their fundraising and encourage involvement.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and coordinate meetings and communications.
• Contribute ideas to improve the supporter journey and ways of working.
