Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with England & Wales eligibility.
• Experience in commercial property law preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with supervision as appropriate.
• Advise clients on leases, sales, purchases and landlord/tenant transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases, licences and transfers.
