Vincere in Plymouth seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload on a hybrid basis. You will advise clients, liaise with related parties, and oversee junior staff while building strong client relationships.

The role offers up to £60,000pa, depending on experience, plus benefits, with hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and support for CPD and professional memberships.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Technically competent and meticulous with a wide range of client experience.
• Keen to learn, train and develop knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own full and varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions with support.
• Provide clear and accurate advice to clients and liaise with concerned parties.
• Maintain excellent client care to foster repeat business.
• Supervise junior team members.
