Vincere in Totnes is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our established team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions with paralegal support and contribute to client relationship building.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years PQE in Commercial Property, strong IT skills, and a proactive approach to networking to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own full and varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions with Paralegal support.

Commercial Property Solicitor - Totnes / Hybrid - Up to £60,000pa + Benefits

This is a superb opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established law firm in the Totnes area, with the added benefit of being able to work on a hybrid basis.

A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE under your belt, specifically within Commercial Property, you will deal with all manner of Commercial Property transactions across a varied client base.

The Role

The Person

• A Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum 5 years PQE in Commercial Property
• Be an excellent networker and enjoy building client relationships
• Must possess excellent IT skills, and ideally experience of using a Case Management System
