Job summary

Nub News is seeking aCommercial Insurance Account Handler in Warwick. The role focuses on end-to-end policy administration, renewals, and broker negotiations for a diverse commercial client portfolio. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with a supportive environment for ongoing professional development.

You will handle mid-market accounts across core lines, delivering excellent client service, renewals, and adjustments, while pursuing CII qualifications with company study support.

Qualifications

• Experience handling key commercial lines (e.g., Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, Public/Employers' Liability, Financial Lines).
• Strong communication and attention to detail in policy administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end account administration for mid-market and commercial clients.
• Process renewals, MTAs, new business quotes, and cancellations.
• Negotiate terms with insurers and underwriters for tailored coverage.
• Provide advisory support across core commercial lines to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Account Executives and insurer partners.
