You will deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting and forecasting to support decisions that drive revenue, cost control and ROI across global sales and marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or actively studying.
• 3–5 years in finance, FP&A, commercial finance or management accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical capability and data handling with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including modelling, reporting and analysis.
• Clear communication skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Commercial curiosity and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Commercial finance and business partnering to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight for sales, marketing and operations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted source of financial information.
• Participate in business reviews and performance discussions with management.
• Support commercial initiatives through analysis, challenge and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for finance and business stakeholders.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes across business areas.
• Provide variance analyses and explain forecast assumptions to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities for the business.
• Translate financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance teams.
